			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have been asked to post my Epic Cheat day.  Really, it was disgusting.  One thing lead to the next and before I knew it I was eating like I did when I was 275lbs.  The great thing is, I know recognize this as a bad thing.</p>
<p>Breakfast started good.  Some ham and egg with almonds and an Americano.  I then went to a course out of town all day with a Paleo packed lunch, but, decided to join classmates for lunch and just plain old cheat.  Once the ball started rolling, I figured, whatever, and I just let go and partied with food like it was 1999.</p>
<p>Lunch &#8211; A&amp;W Supreme Sirloin Burger, Onion Rings, and a few sips of Root Beer. (just too sweet)</p>
<p>Ride Home &#8211; Salt and Vinegar Lays Chips</p>
<p>Dinner &#8211; Wendy&#8217;s Combo #6 &#8211; Chicken Burger, Fries, and Diet Coke.</p>
<p>A few cocktails during the Canucks game and then bad turned to worse.  Stopped on the way home for..</p>
<p>11pm Snack &#8211; Chocolate covered almonds, mint chocolate chip ice cream, a bag of &#8220;smartfood&#8221; white cheddar popcorn.</p>
<p>Anyone disgusted??  I felt horrible the next day.  Major food hangover, but, once in a while it is so worth it.  Just like getting smashed once a year.  Epic really&#8230;</p>

<p>The second pic is from one of Alicia&#8217;s backsquats.  Alicia would like to note she now likes deadlifts and hates backsquats.</p>
